For the Lassies... the Bodice for your Arisaid traditional Highland Dress.Perfect for Scottish Highland Games, Renaissance Fair and Reenactments.We make this bodice out of upholstery weight fabric, and the trim color options are Olive (Shown), Beige or Cream. We can make this reversable with a second color on the inside of cotton twill fabric. We normally carry many fabric choices in stock so if you are looking for a particular color, let us know. Our garments are made in small quantities and we take special orders for our customers. This bodice in the picture is made to fit anyone from a 30-34 inch bust. The bodice closed measures 32 inches when the material is flat. It measures 14 1/2 inches in back, 11 inches long at the closure and 32 inches closed so keep this in mind for fitting. It is reinforced with 1/4 inch spring boning and 1/4 inch eyelets to offer support and flexibility for adjustments. It has darts in the front to show off your curves and be comfortable & fitting at the same time. The floral tapestry has a variety of hues so you can wear this with many colors. The lining on the bodice in the picture is a poly cotton beige color and it can be used as a reversible bodice at your choice. It is adjustable at the top and front only. Want your garment to be tight? We need your measurements for your tight fit. Also, keep in mind that some bodice garments go over the waist and others stop at the waist so decide which one you prefer and offer your measurements accordingly. Note: If you choose a more expensive second fabric choice for the inside, the price may be a little higher if the cost of the fabric is more expensive than what we have allowed. Dry Clean Only or use some febreeze to freshen after wearing. Each Bodice is hand-made at the time of order and can be customized to the size you need and fit your Scottish style. |
