 Cotton Twill Skirt Panel Skirts $48 and up. Our panel skirts are made to be smaller at the waist and have a wide length at the bottom to fit your curves and allow for comfort and a great look for your period clothing. Most of our skirts can also be worn over a hoop or crenoline. You can choose for the skirt to have an elastic or draw string waist. I personally prefer the drawstring so I can gather this at my leisure, the elastic makes that decision for you. Pick your color, waist size and length. We have TWO left of these - Poly cotton twill yellow skirt with a drawstring waist. It will fit anyone from a 25 to 50 inch waist - and the draw string will allow you to determine where it gathers. The LENGTH is 38 inches. We can swap out the draw string for elastic at no charge, but there will be a small fee for any hemming requested if this length does not work for you. The skirt is made of several panels larger on the bottom and smaller on top to fit all of your curves and offer a good flowing skirt to fit anyone and look great for your event. This is machine washable, low dryer setting and you can even iron it on a low temp if you prefer. It does have some stretch abilities due to the poly blending of the material so do not use to much heat when drying or ironing this skirt.
